Coordinator - Children's Literature Programme: Phakama Matoti
Ms Phakama is the coordinator of the Children’s Literature Programme which include Isiqalo-First Words in Print, children's book distribution and children's literacy events and programmes. She is also responsible for managing the Mount Ayliff Children's Library and the CFB Reading Centre.

Mr Lucas Matlala drives the project to reprint out-of-print classics in indigenous Southern African languages.

Coordinator - Outreach and Advocacy Programme: Ms Itumeleng Maduwa
Itumeleng is responsible for Outreach and Advocacy which includes book club development, organising World Book Day celebrations, Funda Mzantsi Championships, book donations, media liaison and publicity.
