Tenders and Procurement

The NLSA advertises tenders on the NLSA website and in the Government Tender Bulletin.

Tender documents are available at the NLSA’s Reception as hard copies and can be posted to bidders on request. A bidder can arrange with the Courier to collect the document on the bidder’s behalf at the bidder’s costs.

Tender documents must be deposited in the box at the entrance to the building. The box is clearly marked “Tender Box”.

A bidder can also arrange with the Courier to deliver the document to the NLSA/ deposit it in the NLSA’s Tender Box. The bidder will do so at his/ her own risk as NLSA cannot be held liable if the document is not in the Tender Box at the tender closing date and time. The bidder can also send their bid document through the SA Post Offices. That is also done at the bidder’s own risk, NLSA cannot be held liable if the tender document has delayed at the Post Office and couldn’t reach the NLSA’s Tender Box/ NLSA’s Registry on/ before the tender closing date and time.
